We are always looking for ways to help our clients improve their running performance. There is always room to improve your running technique in order to improve on personal bests, reduce injury risk and increase running economy.
I started working with James at Kinetic Revolution some months ago when rehabilitating from a back injury. We’ve worked together on a period of strengthening and conditioning my body and to change my running style so that I can run more efficiently with a midfoot strike. Changing your running technique isn’t just for those who are injured there are many benefits of changing your running style including increasing running speed, improving running efficiency and reducing the risk of future injury.
There is a lot of misinformation and hype around with regard to running technique and it is important that if you do change the way you run that you do so in a structured and progressive way in order to manage the stress and load on the body. This is now accessible to you as James and the Kinetic Revolution team have put together an online 6 Week Running Technique Improvement Programme.
The 6 Week Programme includes 4 technique sessions a week, video and audio instruction, email support and strength exercises and drills.
