GoOutRunners complete Windsor Triathlon

Congratulations to our team who took part in the Nokia Windsor Triathlon at the weekend. The team was lead by Veronica Banks who we have trained for the last 3 years developing her running from being able to run for a mile up to half marathon distance and next year the Brighton Marathon!
This year was her debut at the Windsor Triathlon having vowed never to swim in the Thames! Veronica conquered the Thames exiting the water in 6th place and enjoyed the rolling ride before encountering the infamous run climb along Windsor Castle, but as the photo shows stayed relaxed to finish the event strongly.
