Kicking off the trilogy is the Hyde Park Jog, taking place on Wednesday 14 April. Now in its fourth year, this event gives you the chance to complete either a 5km or 10km course within Hyde Park. Taking in the views of the famous Serpentine and fabulous Italian Gardens the course is a mix of great parkland running combined with a healthy glimpse around London’s most famous park.

The longest running jog in the city is our second jog in this special series. The spectacular Tower of London jog takes place on Wednesday 5 May.  Help us to celebrate this truly unique event by completing between 1 - 10 laps of the 1km route in the famous grass moat.

Last but not least, join joggers after work for the Canary Wharf Jog on Wednesday 2 June. Complete as many or as few laps in this hugely popular street jog around the famous towers of Canary Wharf, up to a maximum of 10km. It’s a great way to end the working day! Don’t delay in registering as this jog has limited numbers due to health and safety reasons.
