Have you entered your first Marathon in spring 2010? Have you done a Marathon before but want to train smarter to go faster? Are you looking for expert support to ensure you go the distance, avoid injury and achieve your goal.


If yes, our 2010 Spring Marathon Training Courses are for you. Our unique 4 month course will give you the running fitness, strength and conditioning, nutritional advice and marathon know how to ensure you are fit to run 26.2 miles on your big day.

Personal Marathon Running Programme





Your Personal Running Programme is written personally for you by your assigned Coach following a Goal Setting Consultation where your Coach will call you to discuss:

  • Discuss the Marathon goal you want to achieve
  • Review your exercise history and lifestyle
  • Review injuries and illnesses
  • Analyse existing food and drink intake

Personal Running Programme

  • Detailed marathon training programme for a 15 Week period
  • Fields for you to complete after sessions to track progress
  • Session distances and paces based on your goals
  • Runs structured to achieve goals and reduce risk of injury
  • Sessions structured to fit your lifestyle 
  • Illustrated strength and conditioning exercises to help prevent injury

Marathon group run and seminar sessions

 

  • 4 Run training sessions at our base near Bushy Park, Middlesex
  • 4 Runs lead and designed by an experienced Marathon Runner and Coach
  • 4 Seminars covering training, nutrition, strength and mental preparation
  • Support and motivation provided by other runners
  • Runs to take place in Bushy Park on Saturday mornings
  • Sessions take place at 10am on Saturday 9th January, 6th February, 6th March and 3rd April 2010.

  • Questions answered by your Coach via email throughout your training
  • Motivation delivered through training sessions
