Our coaching and training team can work with you individually or in small groups to significantly improve your running performance. In each 1 hour session you will work with your trainer to improve your run speed, run endurance, running technique and form, leg, glute and core strength, balance and agility.

Our team of Coaches and Personal Trainers can deliver Personal Run Training in the following parks throughout London; Hyde Park, Clapham Common, Turnham Green, Battersea Park, Twickenham Green, Richmond Park and Bushy Park . We also have Gym facilities in Chiswick and Hampton.
Your coach will also be on hand to answer any questions you have relating to running fitness, provide motivation and support to inspire you toward your goal, input into your training programme and will also be able to identify any issues that could lead to injury.

Sessions are available in blocks of 3 x 1 hour sessions at a cost of £132 for the pack of 3 hours one on one training.
We also have a group training session in Bushy Park on Saturday mornings at 10 am.
