GoOutRun.com was created in order to inspire, motivate and educate people across the UK to run further, faster and fitter. The aim is to deliver coaching and training expertise to those who currently run and train on their own or with friends and are looking for expertise to help them improve their running.
Whilst on one level running is very simple it is also a high impact, highly technical activity and one that can lead to injuries and illnesses if too much is attempted too soon. This is why one size fits all training programmes don't work and can actually work against you in achieving your running goals.
Combining the expertise of Personal Trainers, Run Coaches, Nutritionists and Strength and Conditioning Coaches GoOutRun.com have created a unique range of services and content.
